BACKGROUND
Joanna C. Peck combines her extensive legal and business background in real estate, investment and commercial banking, and finance, to provide exceptional advocacy and advice to her clients in the area of real estate law.
Leading each phase of litigation, including, complaint drafting, discovery, depositions, trial, and alternative dispute resolution, Ms. Peck has achieved outstanding results for clients in the practice of real estate law.
Ms. Peck distinguishes herself from other real estate litigators by taking an aggressive and hands-on approach to complex litigation issues by assisting her clients in understanding and protecting their property rights regarding commercial, residential, and industrial properties, homes, and land.
She also works with a team of technical professionals, including, structural engineers, architects, and geotechnical engineers, to advocate for the real estate interests and rights of her clients.
